Mark Grassam Solicitors recently took over from Browning Grassam Solicitors, a long established local firm. In fact solicitors have traded from our Fore Street offices since 1934. We remain the only Solicitors based in Looe full time, and we pride ourselves in offering all our Clients both local and from further afield professional, practical advice and value for money. You will always speak to a person, not an automated message which is common at larger firms or call centres.

We offer a specialist service tailored to each individual’s requirements, backed by our local knowledge and technical expertise in our chosen fields of law. By concentrating only on Private Client and Property Services, we provide a more focused service to all our Clients.
