Mark has worked in Looe since 2007 having previously worked for two large firms of solicitors in the South West. He has been a fully qualified Solicitor since 1998. He specialises in Property and Private Client matters and is a member of both the Property and Private Client Sections of the Law Society.
Mark has a wealth of experience dealing with all types of Property transactions with particular emphasis on local properties and the issues that effect homeowners in South-East Cornwall.

He also offers comprehensive advice to a wide range of Clients on their financial and succession planning. His in depth knowledge, technical expertise, and pragmatic approach combine to provide his Clients with a completely specialised service tailored to their individual requirements, covering the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.

Mark and his team are also very experienced in dealing with Estate Administration and understand the need to provide a sensitive and supportive service to their Clients. They provide as much help and assistance as each client requires and deal with each case individually.

In his spare time Mark plays cricket for Menheniot/Looe Cricket Club and as a qualified coach helps coach the younger players. He also enjoys running with Looe Pioneers, the local running club.

Karen has worked in Looe for over 15 years, and is a qualified Paralegal with a BTEC Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Residential Conveyancing. Karen has experience of a wide range of Property transactions and deals with all aspects of sales, purchases and mortgages (including re-mortgages). She always aims to progress matters quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss, offering old fashioned service with a modern approach and offering all her clients value for money.

In her spare time she plays hockey for Caradon Ladies in Liskeard and is the club’s treasurer. Karen also enjoys working on her allotment.

Sue White (Secretary)

Sue is a very experienced secretary, having worked for solicitors in the Liskeard/Looe area for over 30 years.

Away from work she likes to spend time with her family and is a member of Liskeard Lions.

Sarah specialises in Private Client work including the Administration of Estates and Trusts, and Court of Protection matters including appointments of Attorneys and Deputies.

Sarah is Treasurer of Looe Primary School PTA.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Dee Smith (Receptionist/Secretary)

Dee joined us recently having spent most of her career to date in the Civil Service, where she dealt with a variety of legal matters.

Dee is a committee member of the Caradon Swimming Club and Menheniot Primary School Parents Association.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and supporting her children in their sporting activities.
